Everything was perfect, incredibly welcoming staff, incredible location close to £ 24 Lime street train station, the thriving city center, near plenty of happy and music filled pubs, the art museum, shopping and the waterfront, and shops, bars, dock. Everything was great, the wifi was great. We stayed in the deluxe queen room, it was relaxing and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel had a very central position close to everything we wanted to see. Seafood restaurant The Good Catch was 100 metres away from the place.

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably large. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms. Understanding staff, absolutely fantastic breakfast, had a terrific stay overall for the weekend. The location was incredible - next to St John's Gardens, attractions such as Cavern area, shopping and Albert Docks and station and centre.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Their breakfast option with freshly cooked omelette, cooked to order eggs plus all the healthy options is gorgeous, put others we have been to shame! The hotel provides an amazing service. They have tapas bar, discounted parking and great pool. Would stay here again as our stay was nice.

The location was great, near Liverpool empire theatre, liverpool ONE, Albert dock, and shops, restaurants, bars and public transport, and had pleasant views. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a safe, a hair dryer, and a kettle. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was attentive.

All in all everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay for the weekend. In general, I thoroughly enjoyed my decent size room with single beds. The location was marvellous and amazing - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I came across The Bastion Bar & Restaurant, it was at a short distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.

Hotel turned out to be fairly clean and the breakfast option was nice hot. The property was placed in the central location near waterfront. Try excellent dishes served at the tapas restaurant.
